- Al and I have been married 5 years and we have been blessed with our beautiful daughters, Sofia and Stella. Sofia is now 2!! Our newset member of the family was born on November 1, 2010! We are enjoying parenthood and all the fun experiences that come with it!

The baby's heartrate was 144 beats per minute. An old wives tale suggests that a heartbeat of 140 or higher is a girl, and lower than 140 is a boy....mmmmmm???
