Shhhh....Sofia is sleeping!

Sofia is THREE months old!

Sofia has now turned 3 months old and she is just getting more and more fun. She has developed such a cute personality. She definitely recognizes Al or I and responds with a great big smile. Her smile lights up her whole face! She has also started to laugh!!! Oh my goodness it is the cutest thing. I thought her smile was precious but man her laugh is even better! Sofia has also started reaching for things, mommy's glasses, grandpa's nose, Sofia's toys. It has been really fun watching her change and grow everyday. She is just the best baby!! We are very lucky!!!

My First Mothers Day

It was so fun to celebrate my first mothers day! I absolutely LOVE being a mom, there is no better job!!! Here are some of the fun pictures from that weekend.

Two Month Check Up

Today Sofia went to see her Doctor, Dr. Belzer (the same doctor that saw Carrie and I when we were babies!) for her two month checkup. Everything looks great, Sofia is growing like a weed. She is now 12.2oz, up from 10.5, and she is 23 inches in length. She had her immunizations today and cried so hard when she was getting them. As a mother it was awful to watch!!! She ran a fever and was very cranky for almost 2 days after her shots. But the important thing is that she is healthy, happy and right on track for her age! She is so much fun, she smiles all the time and loves to "talk." She is able to really focus now. She really enjoys looking at her hands, and loves to put them in her mouth. She is growing up too fast!!!
